They were very communicative throughout the entire process and despite Royal Mail losing the delivery for over a month, the seller was contacting them on my behalf and remained in contact with me to either guarantee my parcel or a complete refund. Additionally, the packaging was great and also included some little Pokemon stickers which were a nice touch. Game arrived as described so I’m excited to play it.
