They communicated with me throughout advised of time period and that they were reaching out to Royal Mail for an update. Unfortunately they had no update so seller looked to offer a discount on other products due to the delay. In the end received a refund but very happy with communication throughout 10/10 seller will use again!!sony wh-1000xm4 wireless headphones (#405563125874)
