The item description advises next day delivery but it was far from it. The item was updated as posted but did not provide any tracking details until i had made contact for it. I was then provided tracking details only to check to be advised the parcel was not given to DPD only order details. It’s hard to find people that our actually genuine nowadays. Mike was on holiday but still helped me so much with my problems. He took time out to make sure I was happy and alright. Even messaged me out the blue. Just to make sure of that. I had some problems to sort out with my car and it really stressed me out. Thank you to everyone that helped me with this experience. Delivery came next day. Everything is in order. 10/10
