He said it was already shipped. I was unable to return it. He advised me to cross my name off and return to sender, but it was left in the mailbox so I had no opportunity. The seller does not accept refunds. This is a very negative experience the product cost $30. You can find another place for eight dollars. This is a terrible experience I would buy nothing from the seller W
