I bought another brand and it was thinner construction .this guard came put together and the other one did not. I hit a rock with the mover and the last plastic guard I bought on eBay broke. This seems to be like the original mulch guard I had from Sears that came with the mower. I would buy again!

I wasn't asking for a new one but they were generous and sent me another one out to me. Thats great customer service you dont see anymore so I thank you very much!

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
