As you can clearly see from the original listing photos, this soap was never sealed. I also wrapped it in one layer of bubble wrap since it is a non-fragile item. As for the lack of scent, this is an original item and I do not know what level of scent it is supposed to have. Again, sorry for your disappointment in this. However, prior to leaving the feedback , you could have simply contacted me and I would have issued an immediate refund.
