I cut 3/4" plywood easily with a .250" EM in two passes @ 40 - 60 IPM on a machine with 16mm ball screws and linear rails. 800 watts = 1 HP. I prefer the water cooled spindles. They are very quiet opposed to the Air Cooled spindle or router. I would not run a machine without a water cooled spindle due to noise.

The box looked like it had been relabeled and reshipped multiple times. There were so many holes in the box that half of the collets were missing. No problem, I did not need them anyway. I have photos. Shipping was fast and description was accurate. Everything seems to be working ok.
