The seller wanted me to pay to return it, but we eventually agreed I shouldn't pay to return a broken item. They offered to ship a replacement, but there was no communication about this until I reached out to the seller 10 days later. The replacement was poorly packaged, and the backspace key was broken in transit. My having spare keycaps is the only thing that keeps this from being negative FB. Not great.
