Film would pull off letters and was in risk of damaging my new but fully cured paint. Material was sicky and left residue on the letters. We offer lifetime warranty. Also, was this gel coat or automotive paint? It appears the painters may have performed poor prep work on your boat if this is in fact true but i've never seen this before. The tape we use is "low tact" I have never seen this happen in the 20 years that my husband and I have been selling decals from our store front. Please send images, we would love to discuss further.
