It arrived in good time but unfortunately, and not because there were any problems with the item, my wife found the support brace to be uncomfortable. At this point I decided to apply for a refund and within no time at all, I was fully refunded and the company seemed to dismiss sending me the QR image for me to return the item. MY CONCLUSION IS THAT THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!
