I have ordered several items over several months. I find the quality and workmanship to be BEAUTIFUL! Customer service.. prompt. Almost immediate (time zones), and very accommodating. You can even discuss options and get exactly what you want. I originally ordered a very pretty katana. I loved it. So... I next contacted sender, ordered matching wakizashi. Beautiful. Next... Tanto. It was minimal and no fault of the seller. Otherwise, the sword arrived in good shape, sharp and functional and am pleased with the sword and quality of the product especially for the price.
