I contacted the seller and sent him the photo.He admitted that it was his mistake but instead of refunding me or sending the kettle that I ordered he wants me to keep what he sent.I refused as I paid for the kettle that I saw in the picture and paid for that, he stopped communicating with me. So,no kettle,no money. It's horrible.I will never buy anything from this seller,I won't recommend him

Messages were responded to quickly, although not always as clearly as I would have hoped and I had to go back for clarification.
