    I asked seller to make the 4 nose pins with a shorter back, and they said they could do it. After an extremely long wait, I received my items. They didn't make them as they said they would. They said they would re-make them, but they do not consistently answer emails, and it has been a very long time. Ridiculous and I would not buy anything from them again!

    I finally received my pendant to no fault of the seller. Shipper delivered to wrong address. Seller was very understanding and kind enough to mail me a replacement.
