After communicating with the seller it was pointed out that the condition was as described, I amateurly didn't read it when bidding. Even though it was my mistake and I still got the seal I needed I was given a generous discount. (NM) I got the item and it was not near mint. it was even cut with scissors to even out the edge. I contacted him about it to reason a half price refund and he called me stupid. this is just average Ebay vendor.
