I deducted 1 star as Cloudray doesn't currently offer expedited shipping as an upgrade option on eBay. Although they kindly offered to expedite it for me, the fact that they do not work during US business hours meant that every message / response took a day, so I ended up receiving it, after I would have, if I had just gone with the basic Ground.
