The seller doesn't have any valid instructions to share except to burn the ends of the laces. I did burn the ends of the laces and even the knotted end, but it's still way too big to fit into the connector. I would have returned them, but this seller would have charged me over half the cost of the shoelaces in shipping. I ended up just knotting the ends. Don't buy these for the connector - it's a waste of money!

He gave me instructions on how to install my “push start button” and to see if my car is eligible for it. He was very understanding and ready to help. The item was in a very good condition and nice quality. Unfortunately, my car wasn’t eligible. I really appreciate how he helped me. He valued my time and didn’t take long to respond. The package arrived at the same estimated time, in a good condition. I really suggest this seller. He will really help you.

Even so, the seller went above and beyond to keep communication with me ongoing until he knew I was very satisfied with the quality, condition, and appearance of the item. I can’t recall receiving such excellent attention from other perfectly good sellers from whom I purchased much more expensive merchandise. It is just what I needed. My rating re shipping weighs on the USPS, not this seller. I highly recommend this seller.
