My item had no amp, no 12' input, no 12' power cable with plug, and no docking station. The seller was nonresponsive. I sent three messages and initiated a return. While shopping for a replacement item, I found a local shop to modify the item to match the original description. This was a wholly negative experience.

Seller didn't seem to care, and stated that all the models they had were the same. Yet they continue to falsely advertise a model with iPod connections and a dock included even though they don't have it. I made it work due to time constraints, but overall a sour experience with this seller. I received just a base model - no amplification, no dock or iPod connections. A bent speaker grill and one of the screws falling out.

Small problem getting the right one, the part numbers were almost the same. Contacted the seller, and they sent a return shipping label, and sent the right part out right away! That's great customer service. Mistakes happen sometimes, but they took care of it quickly. Very happy with that. Would definitely buy from StreetRays again! Time will tell if the product is really of Quick Fuel quality. Sellers ad did not note any bulk packaging statements. I passed on other sellers for fear of poor quality gaskets. Would have given a 5 star review if it had been in Quick Fuel packaging.

Never received the brackets in the box just the cheap bolts . Contacted seller sent pictures of what I received and never returned a solution to the problem !!! Quantity is terrible not as stated and incomplete Do not recommend buying from this seller
