Contacted seller to return as was having issues with the return address not being recognised through courier site. Seller was unhelpful and repeated the same answer 2 both my emails that I sent asking for assistance. Very unhappy as the cost of the costume was not cheap. A better response would have been appreciated and proper acknowledgement of issue.

Upon contacting the seller and figuring out what happened; they apologized for their mistake and offer to replace the missing items or partially refund what wasn’t delivered. Obviously I wanted a replacement and they were happy enough to do that for me. It arrived by the time they said it would and am a very happy customer. Highly recommend these guys.
