This mug had a handle broken off in 2 pieces. The coffee mugs were as described, with the exception of the one mug. It still was of a decent value and the shop owner was nice!!!!!!

The photos posted in the listing were accurate. I have tested every feature that I might use, and they work perfectly, including shuffle.
