I asked for and got a refund as offered on the site and the money was refunded within 3 days of me posting the returned item. The tracking system says that the item is leaving the country of origin, which is the United Kingdom. This item was supposed to be at my home in Greece on November the 27th. I sent a message to the seller (today, which is Sunday December 1st) and I am awaiting a reply, hopefully any time tomorrow. I am kind in a hurry to get the item but still I am not negatively biased against the seller. Packets being sent to Isreal had been suffering delays due to the ongoing conflict in the area. Further, the Suez Canel has seen shipping delays, leading to increased transit time and increased shipping costs.
