At first, we had an issue regarding the address line because it was written in Korean but the seller contacted me right away to handle it and it was resolved within a day. I do think that the product I got is an original Disney piece (I scanned the QR code and it directed me to the Disney Japan site) but the quality is not as good as I expected it to be.
