Featuring 17 songs recorded live in Birmingham on March 12, 2005 and mixed in 5.1 Surround Sound and stereo, this DVD includes two bonus acoustic tunes and footage from "Fellow Americans, " a film by John Kane.

The seller was very responsive and I decided it was interesting to see if/how the book would arrive. Thanks, Joe
