I've gained after surgery. They seem strong and good quality, I don't feel worried about getting snapped in the face with these. Just use common sense don't over stretch one band if needed move to a higher or combine bands. They're a decent value for the money, Obviously they arrived new and the colors help identify the correct weight and looks nice too. Bag too.

Color coded makes it easy to grab the right one once you memorize the tensions. The condition was perfect and arrived with a very convenient storage bag that is more of a necessity than I thought.
