Carplay is a game changer. I have an f150 so I had to download a program and contact seller to fix the start up screen logo and to fix climate control. They were quick to respond and got me fixed up in 15 minutes! Everything works perfectly now! Definitely I recommend this seller, super easy to deal with and responsive!

Install was very simple, two screws on the dash, four on the sync. Recommend two sided tape for the gps antenna as it should be mounted top side up from my research. I did have to use support services, and they were very experienced with programming. Availability and response time is a bit slow due to time zones. Very happy overall, works great and cheaper than a new vehicle!! Thanks

Once installed however, the ac controls, heated steering wheel, and 360 camera were not available. They were very cooperative and programmed it via Sunlogin. I was a bit skeptical since they take control of your computer. But they were very professional. Maybe took 45 minutes to get programmed and now it works great. Everything that was not working is now fixed. The system overall is great and I have enjoyed it a lot. 9.5/10!

I had some problems with compatibility but the technician walked me through everything even it took almost an hour and the whole time, he was there to wait with me patiently. But the seller stayed in contact with me the whole way. Just the shipping sucked. But seller did it's job and appreciate that. Display and setup and price was great. Setup was easy and straightforward and everything works as it should.
