    The item was well packed and shipped in a timely manner, however product was no where near "like new" condition. Will have to pay out of pocket to have the disc buffed. Scratches were never indicated in listing. Communication was fine once seller learned how to respond. My understanding was that this was user error on seller's behalf while on the learning curve of being a new seller to ebay. Details are important to buyers.
