It was packaged beautifully and wrapped up nicely. The bag is exactly as pictures and as described. The seller noted a small stain on the inside and it's hardly noticeable at all. For an H.naoto product the price was great. They included a sweet hand written note as well as some cute hello kitty tissues! Overall great seller and I highly recommend.

I also received a handwritten note which is a lovely addition to an already great service.
