The seller has a bad attitude, talking down to me because I have requested a refund. I DO NOT recommend this seller, she gets an attitude with the me as if I'm the one that lost the package. Once we received a message stating item wasn't delivered we were immediately in contact with our local post master every day and was in constant contact with customer. There was a miss sorting with the truck this day. We were not able to refund customer due to item not being in our possession any longer. Customer was also never talked down to and no attitude was given. We went above and beyond to get this resolved.

I feel mixed on this review, because it was the holidays, but the packaging issue caused meant I could not use this item as a Christmas gift. However, CollegeAuthentics was reasonably responsive and did ship out a replacement - no questions asked. The second helmet was packaged the same way, but was not damaged in shipping.
