No trapped fingers! The stabiliser feet combined with the foldable rubber stand offs are what makes this ladder stand out (get it?!) from the rest. I had a minor issue which was dealt with exceedingly promptly and extremely efficiently. I would certainly recommend both the product and the company very highly.

However both the chair arms had damage to the paintwork consisting of scratches and a dent, although the arms were "bubble wrapped " so this must have occurred prior to packaging and before they were dispatched from the manufacturer to MegaStore . MegaStore have responded extremely quicky to my concerns and I cannot complain re the service...in the end to avoid returning the items I decided to accept a discount on the chairs. So many thanks .
