So I initiated a return, quite slow on replying from the seller. And tried to deduct money from my payment, because I opened two. However they were not as described, I had to contact eBay customer service to ensure I got a FULL REFUND of my MONEY!! Would not recommend buying these from this seller. Waste of time and money. They should be moist and fully fragrant. Not DRY!!

However both the chair arms had damage to the paintwork consisting of scratches and a dent, although the arms were "bubble wrapped " so this must have occurred prior to packaging and before they were dispatched from the manufacturer to MegaStore . MegaStore have responded extremely quicky to my concerns and I cannot complain re the service...in the end to avoid returning the items I decided to accept a discount on the chairs. So many thanks .
