They arrived flat and folded into a stack so need unfolding then all the branches can be pulled forward to give it a full look. I bought two of the gold ones. Gold baubles and red holly berries in it. It's hanging on an over the door wreath hanger now. They'll definitely last a couple of years. One flower had come off but it clips back on. I love them and I've not even put batteries in to see it lit yet!

Were happy for me to return it and pay postage plus refund. Answered my messages straight away. So although mix up with packaging, Id use this company again. I've messaged the sellers and they offered to either send me a replacement box or arrange a refund for the broken one. I chose the replacement box and received it within 2 days. I was very impressed with this sellers' outstanding customer service and quick response to my enquiries. I would buy from them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks 👍🏼
