I contacted the seller through EBAY and they were quick to respond and attempted to make the transaction right. Another fan+heatsink was shipped to me overnight, but unfortunately still did not fit. The seller arranged for return shipping of both items and I was issued a refund. I would purchase from them again in the future after confirming the exact item was available.

They responded apologized promised to ship the missing item.
