I went round and round with this seller and it was frustrating. But In the end, they made it right, I think they need to improve but they seem to genuinely want to do well and take care of the customer.

They did not believe me had to send pics of car and, provide my VIN to be verified. Tried to do a return for exchange. They sent a email stating that a return label was attached it wasnt. Sent a msg stating that no label attached. Then same email was sent again without a return label attached. I purchased speakers from someone else. Finally seller advised they had no control of inventory of small parts that come in their items, and I would have to repack and ship back a 50 lb item and receive a refund then I could repurchase. I modified it and made the item work for me. I think I would buy elsewhere but item is A+

They immediately took full responsibility and offered a refund. My second order came with extra protection in packaging and the subwoofers work perfectly! I am very satisfied with my purchase!
