The seller agreed to a partial refund after many emails and waiting and then blocks me from buying again as if it was my fault. How rude and unprofessional. Buy elsewhere. Very inconsiderate seller. He had no photo he could show us for reference. When he finally contacted us, we suggested he return the item to us to receive a full replacement/refund. He said he couldn't return it since he already gifted it. We told him we could accommodate him even though he wouldn't make a return and offered a 50% refund, to which he agreed. We issued the refund right after we received his reply.

It came with a little card about dogs. I like it a lot and will buy more from this seller. The value is good and the shipping fast and wrapped in bubble wrap!
