It's heavy and sturdy and fits together well. Fit and finish is beautiful. And the optics are clear with almost no aberration. Good eye relief, nice clear aperture, nicely sized pupil, good lighting, everything is perfect. I've used leica scopes before and this is nearly as good if not as good.

The single arm allows range of huge movement for whatever task. Bought for watch repair, but great for any intricate work or hobbies. The zoom is smooth and both eyepeices track focus very well. LED ring light is adjustable, yet does not leave hot spots on the work work. I'm very impressed ( speaking as a retired camera / optics enginner)
