Seemed like various packing materials slapped together with a very large amount of tape into a bundle. Got here fine, not really complaining, but it was difficult to extract from all the tape. As an eBay seller myself I've realized part of doing business is investing in appropriate boxes and materials. No biggie. Thanks for the card.

Despite the listing explicitly stating "no returns," when I discovered the CPU wasn't working after extensive testing on multiple motherboards (comparing it against a known working CPU), the seller immediately accepted my return request and apologized for the inconvenience.
