      Unfortunately Royal Mail lost the jacket. Seller did everything possible to help, waiting 40mins to speak to RM to try and resolve the problem. I bought another in the end, and seller refunded original. Excellent communication all the way, and I highly recommend the seller. The jacket is excellent.
