I have sold thousands of items and this buyer personally has bought over 30 items. Richard bought 3 items and they did indeed match the description. Richard was upset because he didn't thoroughly review the listing with over 10 pictures front and back. The /25 was exactly as described. I did refuse a return and eBay as usual allows buyers to say whatever they would like. I had to pay the return shipping. Oh and Richard, eBay issues the refund.
