Without going into specifics, it arrived unusable, but less than 10 minutes after letting the seller know I was offered a full refund! The seller kept things respectful and polite. He understood that this was an unfortunate situation for both of us and didn’t even bother asking me to return the item. I will definitely be returning to this shop. Shipping was very fast, Console was as described and also almost perfect condition, And the value was WELL worth it. The console had never been opened before. 100% will buy from these people again and highly recommended for Electronics!
