One of the accessories came loose during shipping and was flopping inside of the doll’s box upon arrival, but based on how carefully the doll was packaged for shipping, I am positive that the accessory became untied during shipping due to rough handling by the carrier, and it is evident that this was not at all the fault of the seller nor of the seller’s packaging. I definitely trust this seller and would purchase from them again!
