Took forever to get here although it was earlier than tracking said. Do not follow on line instructions for loading it up with your music from Itunes. I had to experiment for an hour to get it to work. AND I have a Bachelors in Electronic Engineering. Make sure you add it to your network and your Itunes account and set the pod up for automatic downloads before you even plug it in.
