    Fast shipping. Packing was questionable as items were not secure and rattled in box. One of the accessories arrived broken likely due to how it was packaged. Item itself was dirty, but fully functional. It was expected given used condition. Since accessory was broken on arrival, seller gave partial refund to cover replacement cost. While disappointed in condition of item, seller was excellent in customer service and made things right. Thank you!

    I received the fan today,in its original box and styrofoam container,and the outer box was still in pretty good condition--remarkable,considering the postal service nowadays.The fan itself is very attractive,in like-new condition,and functions as it's supposed to. Very quiet. All of the necessary accessories for mounting and wiring were included.This fan will be perfect for the application I am using,was as described.,and at the right price. Would buy from this seller again.
