Thankfully, the PSU was on the opposite side and not damaged at all. Given there was no damage and I purchased the PSU at a discount, I think it was a fair deal. Installed and tested the PSU without issues.

BUT it was an honest mistake, it happens sometimes - and this seller was honest and offered a full refund for the trouble. I would buy from them again because they took care of me as a customer, and these things happen because we are human. Thank you :)
