The item was purchased during the Canada Post strike, hence UPS was used instead of the original Canada Post option. UPS is notorious for delivering squished packages and sadly I'm a victim of that this time; it's not the fault of the seller, UPS is to blame.

Boxes were in perfect condition. Everything was wrapped neatly and securely in bubble wrap and box was labeled as fragile.
