Totally my fault. On contacting the owner I see it was my mistake. They have been really kind and explaining where I went wrong and I have now reordered what I wanted. Thank you for your support and helpful service which has contributed to me ordering again. I really appreciate your help. I will keep the bookmarks and am very happy with everything about them.
