    I was nervous about this purchase and worried that I had overpaid. After opening the package, I knew that it was going to be a good buy. The box was big enough not to damage my delicate hat. Her communication was very good and she even included a thank you card with my name on it. The hat has some light wear but her description was very good and the felt is silky smooth! She shipped it right away and let me know. I’d say this was as good of a transaction as any auction and online buy could be!
