Unfortunately due to the age of the watch, the hands had come apart at some point. Luckily I was able to have it repaired in town and the seller deducted my cost back to me. They were quick in response and solution oriented with the problem. Seller was responsive and responsible, two things that are hard to come by these days with independent sellers.
