I bought this bag thinking it was an authentic coach bag. This is not the first one I buy from Salvation Army but this one was fake. I am extremely extremely disappointed. I hope that I can get a refund on this bag.

The clock was placed in a box 3 times the size needed. The void in the box allowed for the clock to bounce around quite a bit. Thank God it arrived not broken. I also had written asking questions about the clock twice and never did get an answer. Thank you Salvation Army, I am sure you do the best you can.
