The packaging doesn't apply for me as it wasn't needed. I tested item and it worked as described. Very great value to me because they worked with me a little on price and they beat all competition to help me be able to afford multiple units I need to get. Solid local company that helps keep tech out of landfills and into the hands of those who really need these items.
