I got two items and they helped me with shipping them. They were very polite and present the whole time. I even got the item earlier than expected. The box was very neatly and securely packed. No doubt the items were safe on there trip. And the items looked better in person, but definitely as described. These items are hard to find, so I was overall very happy with the price as well
