I asked him to remove the picture showing untrue information. Nothing has changed. And he asked for a top review! Never again. Packaging can occasionally be damaged in transit due to courier handling, which is outside our control. A goodwill refund was still issued, and we always encourage buyers to read the full description. We remain fully committed to excellent service.
